Richard Howard “Dick”, father of Stephen (Lisa) Schueler of Cincinnati, OH; Karin (Andy) Donato of Reading, PA; Christie (J.J.) West of Maineville, OH; Richie Schueler of Los Angeles, CA; Elisabeth (Andy) Jetter of Martinsburg, WV; and Friedrich Schueler of Somerset, KY. Grandfather of nine: Erin, Andrew, Patrick, Matthew, Mark, Halle, Grace, Evan, and Leah, as well as one expected in the near future. Also survived by his former wife, Mary Lou Reynolds. Preceded in death by his parents Howard and Nora (nee Shadoan) Schueler. Passed away on Thursday, February 20, 2020. Age 78 years.
Dick was a graduate of Deer Park High School’s Class of 1959 and of Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, IL. He was best known as the owner of two insurance agencies in the Deer Park area, and was most recently a resident of Pine Knot, KY.
Family and friends may call on Saturday, March 21 from 11:00-noon at Staley-Strawser Funeral Home, 7140 Plainfield Rd, Deer Park. Memorial service follows at noon.
